HCG Diet Protocol as a Way to Change Your Life

So lately I have been thinking a lot about the HCG diet. I know that there is a lot of controversy going on about it. The FDA has banned the manufacture of the HCG hormone and are saying that the HCG diet doesn’t work. Well, we know for a fact that it works. But how many of us have tried it, and then gained the weight back?

That is why sometimes it is so hard to lose weight. So do the 6 weeks and then if you want to do another round of HCG, then do it. You will have much more success if you wait.

Sometimes we get asked, “Can I exercise on the HCG diet?” Of course you can, but you don’t have to. If you choose to, you would need to increase your caloric intake to compensate for what you are burning while exercising. How about this one, “Should I exercise after the HCG diet?” Of course you should! Even if it is just going for a walk around the block. You need to get up and move! You should be doing at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 3-5 times/week when you are not on the HCG diet. This is what is going to help you the most in the long run. If you are just doing the diet to lose weight and you don’t think that you don’t have to do anything else afterwards, you are in for trouble. You will simple gain the weight back.
